• We will communicate effectively with Nunavummiut
• We will write all materials for use by voters and election officials in ‘plain language’
• We will keep the number and complexity of forms to a minimum
• We will give election officials the training and support necessary to do their jobs effectively
• We will build capacity within our staff and develop infrastructure within our organization so that we will maintain a state of election readiness and self-reliance enabling us to respond quickly and professionally to various requirements
